Diode Laser Hair Removal
How many treatments do you need to start seeing results and before it's gone?
After your first treatment, hair will begin to fall out gradually over 2-3 weeks, with hair regrowth becoming less and less with each appointment.
Precision Laser Clinic recommends a minimum of 6-12 treatments for best results, however we will advise you more accurately depending on your skin and hair type.
Can I try laser hair removal during my pregancy?
At Precision Laser Clinic we are unable to treat you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The fluctuation in hormones during this time can also decrease the effectiveness of your treatment and compromise results.

What does it feel like?
The feeling of laser hair removal is said to feel like a rubber band snapping against the skin. At Precision Laser Clinic out technicians are highly trained to ensure every session is as comfortable as possible. Our machines also have cool tip technology which minimises the pain and makes for a more comfortable session.
Does it effect tattoos?
Yes, laser hair removal can effect your tattoos if done directly on top of them. At Precision Laser Clinic we ensure to leave a gap around your tattoos to ensure they are not effected by the laser light.
My skin is tanned, does that mean I can't have laser hair removal?
We can treat all skin types including clients with naturally dark skin using our diode machine. However, we cannot treat you if you have has recent sun exposure that results in tanning of your natural skin colour to ensure safety and the best results.
Does laser hair removal completely remove hair or just lessen it?
Laser hair removal results in a permanent reduction of hair growth. We cannot claim 100% removal and permanency as some hair will always strive to grow back due to hormones and other biological factors.
This is why Precision Laser recommends maintenance treatments to keep your skin silky smooth all year round.
Should I shave before laser hair removal?
Yes, always shave within 12 hours of your laser appointment for safety and best results.
